Description The Garrett Non-EBV 7.3 Powerstroke turbo pedestal (99.5-03 only) is a great addition when using a High Flow Outlet or a “gutted” stock outlet. This direct bolt-in replacement for the factory 7.3 turbo pedestal will eliminate leaks from the EBV actuator assembly and works with the factory turbo, the Garrett GTP38R Ball Bearing “drop in” turbo, the Turbonetics Ball Bearing “drop in” turbo and the Turbonetics/HTT/Gilette “Ball Buster” turbo.
