Description Multi Layer Steel cylinder head gasket for all 2.4 Diesel engines fitted to VW T4 models. Suits both AAB and AJA engine codes. Please be aware that there are 3 different thicknesses of this gasket (as there are with all VW Diesel engines) and that to accertain the correct thickness gasket you have to measure the piston protrusion from the cylinder block at TDC and reference aginst the table below. Piston Protrusion up to 0.86mm – Use 1 hole gasket.Piston Protrusion up to 0.87 to 0.90mm – Use 2 hole gasket.Piston Protrusion over 0.91mm – Use 3 hole gasket This gasket is 1.53mm thick.
