DescriptionBrittney evenweave (sometimes just called 28 count Lugana) is made by Zweigart of Germany. 28 count fabric is suitable for all counted embroidery techniques. Can be stitched over one or two threads. If stitched over two, it can be used as a replacement of 14 count Aida cloth to give the same size when finished. Evenweave is a bit more of a challenge than Aida, but the evenness of the fabric will give your project a lot more depth and your stitches will be crisper and neater. Brittney is an elegant fabric for cross stitch projects, samplers, table linen and other decorative accessories. It is easy care and made of 52% cotton & 48% rayon. It is also perfect for drawn thread work and other counted thread techniques. The DMC numbers listed next to the colours are an indication of the closest DMC cotton colour, so that you can check that the colour suits your project.
