DescriptionA design from Laura Wolf showing Sergeant Dan. The iconic Sgt Dan was the mascot for Fleming’s Creamoata factory in Gore. Creamoata’s oatmeal porridge was a staple breakfast for many NZ children throughout most of the 20th century but the factory is now closed. the stitch count is 58W x 100H so if stitched on 14 ct fabric the design size would be 11 x 18 cm. This design is available as a PDF, a printed pattern or as a kit made by StitchNZ. The kit would include the pattern, Antique White Aida fabric, 11 DMC skeins, bobbins to store the threads on and a needle. Skill Level: Beginner with some experience
