The shoe takes the general base of the AM95, only with a higher cut that includes an added inner bootie, heel tab and a zipper. The materials on the upper are also reinforced with a waterproof material, particularly in the wavy areas that were designed to represent tendons on the original Air Max 95 design. The all black look further fits the weather ahead, helping reduce the upkeep needed in keeping your shoes clean.
